Konstantine Chokoraia has graduated from Ivane Javakhishvili Tbilisi State University at 2011, where he gained Master’s Degree. Since 2012, Mr. Chokoraia studies at PhD level at the same university having his thesis on following topic: Constitutional Principles and Scales of Local Self-Government”. In 2009-2010 and 2014-2015, Konstantine Chokoraia worked for State Constitutional Commission of Georgia, where his main activity was related to the Chapter Seven-primus of the Constitution of Georgia, regulating Local Self-Government. In 2010-2014, Mr. Chokoraia worked for the National Center of Education Quality Development Center and participated in the Accreditation process of Education Programs for Law.
