She was awarded the degree of PhD from Georgian Technical University in 2017.

She got MBA degree in marketing management at Free University (former ESM-Tbilisi) in 2008.

In 1991-2001 she was studying at Caucasus University (former Caucasus School of Business) and got BBA degree in marketing management and MBA in marketing management in 2005.

She was studying International Economic Relations at Tbilisi State Institute of Economic Relations during 1997-2002.

She spent a year at Business School of Murray State University (USA) as an exchange student, 2000-2001.

She has been working at JSC Wissol Petroleum Georgia as Head of Employee Learning and Development department since 2009. In 2015 she became leading internal auditor of ISO 9001-2015 in the same company.

She has been working at marketing consulting company Brandor as a trainer, consultant and couch since 2015.

She was conducting lectures in ESM, Caucasus University and CAC in marketing, sales and business communication during 2002-2015.

Services Marketing, Service Quality, Customer Behavior, Communication.
