In 2009 Lika Gordeziani graduated from Toulouse II Le Mirail University with a BA in Classical Philology. In 2012 she earned MA in Philology (specalisation – Classical Philology). In 2013-2019 she did her PhD at Sorbonne Paris Cité University, former Paris Diderot- Paris 7 University. In 2019 she defended her PhD thesis.
In 2018 she received the LBI Fellowship and worked at the Ludwig Boltzmann Institute as a research fellow.
From September 2019 to July 2023 she was an invited lecturer at Ivane Javakhishvili Tbilisi State University.
Since October 2023, Lika Gordeziani is an Associate Professor of Philology at the School of Arts and Sciences of Ilia State University.
