Mr. Irakli Katcharava is the Head of Analytical Department of the Public Debt at the Ministry of Finance of Georgia. He has previously led the Macroeconomic Forecasting and Fiscal Risk Assessment Division at the same Ministry. Mr. Katcharava has six years of teaching experience in private and public universities in Georgia. Currently, he teaches statistics and quantitative methods at Ilia State University. Mr. Katcharava holds MA in Economics from International School of Economics (ISET) and he is a PhD student at Ilia State University.
