1988 – graduated Faculty of Education at Pushkin State Pedagogical Institute.1999–awarded PhD in Pedagogy at Sulkhan-Saba Orbeliani Tbilisi State University. She worked at Tbilisi Public School № 126 (1988-1998), Institute of Economics and Law (2003-2006), Ilia State University publishing house (2008-2011). Since 1994 she has been working at Ilia State University where she lectured following courses at different times: Child Psychology, Methodology of Teaching Economics, Methodology of Teaching Social Sciences, Psychology of Management, Knowledge Economics, Civic Education, Family Life Dynamics, Guidelines
for Parents, Intercultural Education. She has a wide experience in teaching civil education, economics and intercultural education. Author/co-author of more than 30 articles and textbooks in economics and civic economics. 2012-2016 – local coordinator TEMPUS project “Development of an International Model for Curricular Reform in Multicultural Education and Cultural Diversity Training” (DOIT). 2015–2016 – local coordinator ERASMUS+ project „Developing programs for Access of disadvantaged groups of people and Regions to higher Education“ (DARE). 2014-2017– researcher in project “Intercultural Education: Problems, Analysis and Development Perspectives in Georgia”, Shota Rustaveli National Scientific Foundation. She’s married with one son. Her hobby is reading, gardening, cooking.
