She has significant experience in research and teaching and is actively involved in the development of academic programs and quality assurance processes. Her papers have been published in numerous high-ranking journals, including those indexed in Scopus and Web of Science. She is engaged in academic networks across Europe and the Caucasus. Her professional roles include serving as an accreditation expert, peer reviewer, and member of the editorial boards of international journals. She is also a member of the Sectoral Benchmarking Council of Business Administration at the National Center for Educational Quality Enhancement (NCEQE) of Georgia. She actively participates in international scientific research and regularly presents papers at global conferences. Additionally, she has extensive mentoring experience across all levels of higher education. She teaches courses in finance, business communication, and research methods at both undergraduate and graduate levels, in Georgian and international programs.

Scientific interests / research interests

Higher education quality assurance, corporate social responsibility (CSR), sustainable development, energy policy, institutional reforms in transition economies, entrepreneurship development, and digitalisation in business functional directions.
