Temur Stepania holds a Master’s degree in Construction Engineering in Specialization of Construction Fluvial Hydraulic Engineering from the Georgian Technical University. He has extensive professional and practical experience in the field of hydraulic engineering. Since 2025, he has been serving as Head of the Civil Engineering Laboratory Facilities and Assistant Professor at Ilia State University.
