Born on February 10, 1964 in Khashuri. In 1980 graduated from Tbilisi High School N115. In 1987 graduated from Faculty of Law of Tbilisi State University. Afterwards at different times worked at Ministry of Justice of Georgia as intern, State Notary, Head of the Division of Citizens’ Legal Service and later – Head of the Department of Citizens’ Legal Service. Held the position of the Head of the Legal Department of the Committee on Refugees and Accommodation of Georgia and the Advisor of the Chairperson of the Committee, the Public Advisor at State Chancellery of Georgia. From 1999 held the position of the judge at Tbilisi Appeal Court and the Supreme Court of Georgia. For years was the Chairman of the Independent Council of High School of Justice, Deputy Chairman, Member of the High Council of Justice. Currently is a judge of Tbilisi Appeal Court.
Private law is the subject of interest. Has researches in Civil Procedure Law.
