In 1994 he graduated from Ivane Javakhishvili State University of Georgia Faculty of- Economic;
In 1999 he completed the USAID Training Course in Qualification of Training Instructor (Training Trainer)
From 1995 to 2005, im Ministry of Finance, Ministry of Revenue and the Ministry of Education had different positions.
1999-2001 – Ministry of Revenue Education Training Center. Income Tax Administration and Tax Training Course Trainer.
2000-2002 Senior Tax Specialist at Ministry of Revenue, Department of Taxes, Division of Tax
Policy, Taxation, Control Methods and Programs
In 2010 he graduated and received the qualification of Quality Management Systems (ISO) auditor.
He had over 20 research and has published more than ten publications in tourism.
Ilia University has been working since 2005. He was the head of the Ilia State University.
Director of Tourism Management Center from 2011 to 2016
Since 2013 Ilia University lecturer in various subjects of bachelor’s and master’s degree in tourism management
2013 – Vilnius Applied University, Lecturer – Tourism Resources of Georgia.
From 2014, Associate Professor of Ilia University
In 2014 he studied the Warsaw Economic School / University Study Program Methodologies in Tourism Management.
From 2016 Member of Parliament of Georgia.
