Sophie is experienced business management, monitoring and evaluation specialist, lecturer, trainer and facilitator. Sophie has up to twenty-five years of work experience in various international and state organizations: CARE International, Ministry of Education and Science, Chemonics International, United Nations Development Fund and Norwegian Refugee Council. Since 2019, Sophie has been lecturing at Ilia State University, Faculty of Business, Technology and Education.

Sophie has in-depth knowledge of civil society, business management and education sector development, as well as project design, monitoring and evaluation, management, gender equality, sociological research methods and policy analysis. She was awarded the degree of Master of Public Administration by the Institute of Public Affairs of Georgia. Currently,  she leads and manages a multifunctional private business.
