Tamar studied Law at Tbilisi State University ,she has LL.M degree College of William and Mary School of Law.  She is Capacity Development Manager at East-West Institute, Advancing CSO Capacities and Engaging Society for Sustainability (Access) Project founded by USAID, Blogger at Radio Liberty, Consultant at International Partnership for Human Rights.
