Elina Bakradze received higher education at the Faculty of Chemistry of Ivane Javakhishvili Tbilisi State University; Along with her daily activities, she is engaged in scientific activities. In 2014, obtained the academic degree of doctor. Has published more than 70 scientific works, including in international scientific journals; Has taken part in up to 20 international conferences; Is the co-author of the book “Ecological Problems”, 2014; “Heavy metals in the soils of Georgia” 2018. Shota Rustaveli National Scientific Foundation awarded her the status of the best young scientist; In 2019 The English-language book “Land Reform in the Post-Soviet Space” was published under her co-authorship. in 2021 – “Vineyard and Environment”. She is a member of a number of professional organizations at the national and international level, including a technical assessor at the accreditation center according to ISO 17025; Member of the European Water Resources Association; A member of the Chemical Society of Georgia; an expert on the accreditation of the higher education program of the National Center for the Development of Education Quality etc.
Bakradze is actively involved in current national and international environmental projects. In the field of environmental protection, has completed a number of educational courses abroad in countries such as: Germany, Ireland, Holland, Finland, Estonia, Slovakia, Austria, France, San Diego etc. An exchange program on water management under the Water Framework Directive was held at the UNESCO-IHE Institute in Delft; 2023 was in San Diego (California) SDSU- Georgia Faculty Development Program;
