Nano Zazanashvili (*1984 Tbilisi, Georgia), Master of Architecture, researcher. In 2010-2017 Nano Zazanashvili collaborated with various local and international organizations working in the field of architecture, urban development and cultural heritage protection. She held the positions of researcher, local expert and project manager. In 2018-2020, she worked on various positions in the Urban Development Department of Tbilisi City Hall, including as the Acting Head of the Urban Policy and Planning Division. Since September 2020, she has been leading research projects at the NGO Urban Research Center.

Scientific interests / research interests

Her research experience includes issues of urban transformation, Soviet urban planning and architecture, cultural heritage, urban and housing policy.
