პროფესორი, საჯარო პოლიტიკის მიმართულებით





ჰანს ფრიდრიხ გუტბროდს აქვს პოლიტიკის კვლევებისა და ანალიტიკურ ჯგუფებთან მრავალფეროვან კონტექსტში მუშაობის  გამოცდილება.  2014 წლიდან მუშაობს (Transparify-ის საშუალებით) მსოფლიოში პოლიტიკის კვლევის გამჭვირვალობის ამაღლებაზე. 2006-დან 2012 წლამდე მუშაობდა კავკასიის კვლევითი რესურს-ცენტრების (CRRC) რეგიონულ დირექტორად, ასევე ატარებდა კვლევებსა და კონსულტაციებს აღმოსავლეთ ევროპასა და ტიმორ-ლესტში. რეგულარულად წერს სტატიებს სხვადასხვა გამოცემისთვის, რომელთა შორის არის ჯგუფი On Think Tanks. 1999 წლიდან კავკასიის რეგიონში მუშაობს და მიღებული აქვს დოქტორის ხარისხი საერთაშორისო ურთიერთობებში ლონდონის ეკონომიკის სკოლაში.
