Tariel is an Associate Member of ESSEC IRENE a French based institute that promotes research and education on negotiations. He conducted several negotiation training seminars for Georgian, Armenian and Azerbaijani Junior and Executive civil servants, contribute to research and trainings led by ESSEC IRENÉ, notably at Ecole de Guerre, ENA and in the framework of the NRBC project. He delivered negotiation seminars for MFA of Georgia. He conducts ADR courses at different Universities in Tbilisi, Georgia and delivered negotiation course for Georgian Young Lawyers association.
